Double-shaft multiple-blade circular saw WD-200/240/M

Circular saw is used for cutting piles of planks and squares of different thickness. It has the ability to multi-cutting piles of unlimited width. It can be used in small and big industrial plants of timber industry.

In order to obtain a large cutting height (180 mm) in the machine, two rollers are used. Timber stacked one above the other moved towards each other in a line perpendicular to the axle shafts. Both shafts are mounted on the saddles that allow positioning the shaft in a vertical line. This allows use of different diameter saws depending on the thickness of the cut material. Feed mechanism consists of three rolls of lower emissions, and the two upper rollers raised from - all of them have moved from the drive gearmotor using a mechanism consisting of a gear and chain gear. Adjustable upper pressure rollers takes place by means of lifting mechanism clamp.

Circular Frame Saw TT-400

Circular Saw TT-400 is used for sawing round wood dimensional average diameter max. 380mm on piles and planks of varying thicknesses. Length of wood depends on the length of the applied feeding table, which forms an integral part of the machine and is performed, depending on customer needs. The machine can be used in small and medium-sized, and even in large plants of timber industry.

The principle of Chainsaws

Saw is designed to achieve the most efficient cutting conditions. For this purpose, in the body of the machine mounted two sliding panels, motor, which placed the two engines equipped with a spindle. In this way, You will be able to make very quick and easy changes in the thickness of the cut piles without dismantling the central saws.
By applying the mechanism to change the position of the table in a vertical line, given the opportunity to increase in the efficiency of the machine. Through this mechanism, and attaching directly to the spindles, saw placed on the motor shafts (no transmission belt) also achieved a significant reduction in electricity consumption. The table was placed on a special steel that it moves in the direction of cutting saws. Placed directly behind saws cutting wedges protect the material before the contortions and the unexpected discharge of waste of wood.
